I ordered a fireplace insert part from ibuystores.com because they told me the part was IN STOCK and would be delivered in FOUR DAYS. I could have ordered it elsewhere for less money but needed it ASAP.
It has now been almost three weeks and I have not received the part. I contacted CS twice by phone and by email. They did not respond to my last email. They told me when I called again that it is backordered, and would be at least another week.
So up until this last call they kept promising me the part would be delivered in a couple days from when I inquired, and never stated before this that the part was not in stock but was backordered. The CS department therefore lied to me and will never order from them again.
